So we're teaming up with Ophelos, a transformative business that helps to better identify and support potentially vulnerable customers through machine learning. They'll allow 911±¬ÁÏÍø to offer best-in-class support for any customers who might find themselves behind on payments, so that each customer reaches the best outcome for their personal situation and has the right tools to boost their financial health.
By taking an ethical and digital approach to debt resolution, our partnership with Ophelos will ensure that customers will benefit from fairer, more personalised ways of managing credit - not just at the point of taking credit out, but at every stage of the customer journey.
